I STRUGGLE WITH
saying exactly how I feel to people I love and care about.
Not because I fear them, but I’d never want to hurt their feelings with my thoughts/opinions. Sometimes it just feels like things need to be said and my internal filter is always turned on. Say that, but don’t say this. Unless I’m mad then my filter is temporarily out of order and I don’t really care if it stings let alone hurts.
I need to find a healthy balance before I go crazy.
Most things need to be said….not for the other person, but for myself. & sometimes I’m too considerate of other ppl’s feelings and have no regard for my own.
